Cynthia Gayle Duvall (Smith) 53, originally of Culpeper, Virginia departed this life for her forever home on December 26, 2020 at Inova Fairfax Hospital. She was born to loving parents; June Elizabeth Berry and Jimmie Lee Smith. She also had a step-father, Herbert Franklin Weakley that raised her as his own.
Cindy was educated in the Culpeper County School System. She attended Oak Park Church growing up as a child. Cindy was a long time employee of IHOP in Manassas, Virginia. Cindy loved her customers and her customers loved her. When Cindy wasn't working, she truly enjoyed spending time with her beautiful and loving children and grandchildren.
Cindy was preceded in death by her mother June, step-father Herby and two sisters Lisa and Karen.
Cindy leaves to cherish her memory, her three children; Tiffany Dawn Smith, Brandon Todd Duvall and Destiny Hope Duvall. Her father Jimmie Lee Smith and wife Barbara. She also leaves her two brothers; Ronald Lee Smith and Donald Lee Smith. Five grandchildren; Aaliyah Nichole Smith, Noah Jordan Lewis, Laylani Jade Lewis, Kaidon Jace Duvall and Jaxson Maverick Duvall. One niece Kaylee Elizabeth Smith and one nephew Cody Lee Smith. In addition she leaves behind a few aunts and a host of cousins and other family and friends. Cindy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
