Frank Daniel Hogan

Frank Daniel Hogan, age 71, was born on June 14, 1954, in Arlington, Virginia. He unexpectedly passed away on January 7, 2026, at Reston Hospital.

Frank was a devoted father, husband, grandfather, son, and brother. Frank was married for 53 years to his beloved wife, Doris Hogan. He was the proud parent of four children: Robert Hogan, Frank Hogan Jr. (Casie), Melanie Hogan, and Kimberly Phillips (Eric). A proud grandfather(paw-paw) to seven grandchildren: Cody Hogan, Racquel McNeil(Charles), Jessica Hogan, Jeremiah Phillips, Mariah Phillips, Jackson Buxton, and Elijah Phillips. As well as his beloved sister Mary Guillem.

He was proceeded in death by his mother Irene Thalia Hogan and father Roy James Hogan. As well as five siblings: Roy James Hogan Jr. Lucy Todd. Eva Brumett, and Frances Powers(Everett).

Frank will be remembered for his presence in those who knew and loved him. His infectious smile, laughter, and ability to make everyone feel loved will always be remembered. No matter how hard life became, Frank's confidence and personality never wavered. He showed confidence, poise, and resilience. His legacy lives on through family and the many moments they shared together.
